Polka Dots and Mint

I absolutely love Disney. It just always puts me in a happy mood and brings out the kid in me (not that it ever left haha). Anyways, I recently went to Downtown Disney and I wanted to wear an outfit that fit well with the fun vibe but also agreed with the hot, humid weather. The final ensemble consisted of these super cute and fun polka dot shorts that are short enough to keep you cool but long enough to maintain a classy and somewhat conservative style, a light mint top, green strappy sandals, and my favorite teal purse. For accessories I am wearing a mint/ light teal watch, a chain statement necklace that has little turquoise rocks in it, and some nautical looking aviator sunglasses. And by nautical looking, I mean that it has a little anchor charm on it haha. I think this is a great stylish and girly summer outfit for vacation or even just going out to the mall! It was definitely comfortable and I think it matched the Disney theme well! Another thing I love about Disney would be the food. Oh. My. Gosh. Everything is just too cute, especially the Mickey Macarons. Besides that, I also found a really cute book called "The Little Dictionary of Fashion" by Christian Dior. I wanted it so badly, but I'm saving for a camera, and since my computer is almost full with all of my pictures and videos, I should probably invest in an external hard drive too. Places to Shop on a Budget

I'm always looking for sales and low prices when it comes to clothes shopping because, number one, I don't have a job, and number two, I am kind of a shopaholic. Those two don't really go well together if you haven't figured it out for yourself yet. So, to help others like me, and also those of you who just want to save money, I've created a list of stores to shop at if your funds are running low and your passion for fashion is running high.

Another way to save would be shopping online. I know many people enjoy cyber shopping, however for me, I enjoy actually going to the store and seeing the items in person. But, you never know, I might change. I remember when I was eight saying that I'll never like shopping, but now look where I am! A fashion blog and a closet full of clothes.

Coral and Floral

This is a cute outfit for spring or summer! I was so excited when I stepped outside and it was nice and warm. There was no way I was going to pass up the opportunity to throw on some shorts and have a photo shoot!

Back To School Outfits

Almost everybody worries about what they want to wear to school. Your outfit has to show your personality and your best features while still being comfortable. I put together three different outfits to help put your mind at ease when picking outfits for school, especially for the first few weeks of school.

Outfit 1.) "Boho" (army green jacket- JCPenny, white lacy tunic- Aeropostale, black leggings- Ross, dangle necklace- American Eagle, gold stud earrings- Forever 21, brown sandals- DSW, Sunglasses- Urban Outfitters)

   

Outfit 2.) "Dressy" (black skater dress- PacSun/ Brandy Melville, loose gray sweater- Aeropostale,  Coach Poppy sneakers- Ross, statement necklace- Kohls, gold stud earrings- Forever 21, round black sunglasses- Aeropostale)

Outfit 3.) "Preppy" (blue and white striped dress- Abercrombie, jean jacket- Old Navy, floral sunglasses- Charming Charlie, silver bird dangle earrings- handmade, brown sandals- DSW)

I hope you were inspired by these outfits to create your own ensembles! My tips for great back to school outfits would be to get a few pieces that can dress up simple garments or add interest. You will need "go to items" for those days when you don't feel like waking up. Also, don't get anything you are not comfortable in because you definitely won't be comfortable in it after the 8 hour school day. Lastly, be yourself and show who you are! Good luck and start your school year with confidence!

Casual Day Out

Today's post is super short, but I just wanted to show one of my casual summer outfits! It is so easy to recreate and perfect for a summer day.

My crop top is from Forever 21 and it is very light and breathable, and the design is so cool. It kind of reminds me of Greece or somewhere like that! Anyways, my light denim skirt is from  Target, and I bought it on clearance so it was only about $3! For accessories, I am wearing my round sunglasses from Aeropostale ($5) , a vintage alligator clasp cross body bag that I recently purchased at the flea market for $2, and gold stud earrings from Charming Charlie. Lastly, my shoes are coach sneakers and I bought them from Ross for about 50% off of their original price! I think it was about $25.

I hope you enjoyed this little outfit post! This ensemble can be worn when you go shopping, hang out with friends, and it could also be used as a school outfit! It is comfortable and totally affordable!

Tropical

 

I love this outfit so much! It reminds me of being on a tropical island surrounded by flowers or something pretty like that haha! It's so easy to put together and its perfect for summer! My top and shorts are from Target, my shoes are from DSW, and my earrings and sunglasses are from Charming Charlie! Hope you're all having a great summer! I caught a fish!!! It was tiny, but hey, I still caught something!

A Day at the Café

I love little cafés! They always smell good and they have really tasty food. I also love the way they are set up. I recently went to this Italian café, and the moment I walked in, I said "I have to have a photoshoot!"

So right when I walk in, I see these giant tubs of Nutella... Oh. My. Gosh... I wanted to just buy the whole thing.

 

And then there was gelato!!

 

All of the flavors looked so yummy!!! It was also kinda inspiring because of all the colors and the swirls.

 Ok so after browsing the gelato, I ordered lunch and I had this panini with mozzarella, basil and tomato. It was so delicious that I ate it in about three minutes. Plus, I wanted to get dessert already!

I decided to get coconut gelato as my after lunch treat. It was perfect and not too sweet! The flavor was so light and simple, I could have eaten two more cups, but... I don't think that would be very healthy haha!

So here's my outfit!

 I am wearing a black and white graphic peplum top from Target, black sunglasses from Aeropostale, silver feather earrings from Charming Charlie, and silver beaded shoes from Target. I love peplum tops because they are so flattering and they look good on pretty much everyone. I didn't wear many accessories because I wanted the shirt to be the focus of the outfit and it was already a busy pattern.
