Back To School Outfits
Almost everybody worries about what they want to wear to school. Your outfit has to show your personality and your best features while still being comfortable. I put together three different outfits to help put your mind at ease when picking outfits for school, especially for the first few weeks of school.
Outfit 1.) "Boho" (army green jacket- JCPenny, white lacy tunic- Aeropostale, black leggings- Ross, dangle necklace- American Eagle, gold stud earrings- Forever 21, brown sandals- DSW, Sunglasses- Urban Outfitters)
Outfit 2.) "Dressy" (black skater dress- PacSun/ Brandy Melville, loose gray sweater- Aeropostale, Coach Poppy sneakers- Ross, statement necklace- Kohls, gold stud earrings- Forever 21, round black sunglasses- Aeropostale)
Outfit 3.) "Preppy" (blue and white striped dress- Abercrombie, jean jacket- Old Navy, floral sunglasses- Charming Charlie, silver bird dangle earrings- handmade, brown sandals- DSW)
I hope you were inspired by these outfits to create your own ensembles! My tips for great back to school outfits would be to get a few pieces that can dress up simple garments or add interest. You will need "go to items" for those days when you don't feel like waking up. Also, don't get anything you are not comfortable in because you definitely won't be comfortable in it after the 8 hour school day. Lastly, be yourself and show who you are! Good luck and start your school year with confidence!
XO, Lauren

Spring Outfits 2013!
First Outfit: I am wearing a pink peter pan collar shirt from Ross, denim shorts from Target, wedges from Target, and floral sunglasses from Charming Charlie's. I made the bracelets and the pearl earrings. This outfit is cute, pretty, and flirty. The accessories need to be simple so as not to distract from the shirt. The lace details on the collar and the bottom of the shirt make it feel more delicate and girly. You could wear this outfit to school, to lunch, or on a shopping trip with the girls! It is so simple and easy to put together.
Second Outfit: I am wearing a blue dress from Abercrombie, a gray shirt from American Eagle, a chain necklace from Forever 21, and Coach sneakers from Ross. I think this outfit is pretty cool haha! It has a skater vibe to it while still being kind of girly and dressy. I like that the shoes pop because they have the only white in the whole outfit. I love the pink stripe on the side too! You could wear this out for bowling, on a picnic, going over to a friends house, and school if you wanted to!
Third Outfit: I am wearing a white collared shirt with blue polka dots from Ross, denim shorts from target, sandals from DSW, dream catcher earrings from PacSun, sunglasses from Charlotte Russe, gold clutch from Mary Kay, and bracelets that I made. I love this outfit because it is very simple and it reminds me of going to the park and playing in the grass! This shirt also has lace details on the shoulder part as well as on the back. I love the tie on the front. I would wear this to the beach or the park. It is nice and comfortable while still being fashionable and delicate for spring.
I hope you enjoyed these outfits! They could easily be customized to your style and can also be easily transitioned from spring to summer!
~Comment and tell me what you think! Which outfit is your favorite?~

One Shirt, Four Looks, and a Trampoline
I'm addicted to shopping. Unfortunately, I don't always have the money to buy all of those fabulous clothes, so I began to think of different ways to wear the clothes I already have. I started with the basic white tee shirt and came up with some really cute and simple combinations!
For the first outfit, I am wearing my white tee shirt (Hollister), a pair of jeans (Abercrombie), and two long, dangly necklaces (Charming Charlie and American Eagle). I love this because it is so simple but it still looks put together. You can even switch out the normal jeans for some cute colored or patterned ones! For shoes, you can pretty much wear any kind.
For the second outfit, I am wearing the tee shirt with a pair of flowy shorts that I made. I also have on a brown, wide belt (Target) and a long necklace with a leopard charm on it that I made. This outfit is cute for a spring/ summer day! I suggest wearing sandals to complete the summery look, and maybe some pretty wedges!
For the third look, I am wearing the tee shirt with a lace high low skirt (Charlotte Russe) and a tribal looking bib necklace (Charming Charlie). This look would be perfect for those days when you don't have time to put together an outfit, and you're looking for something dressy. Wear some simple sandals with this outfit so you don't overpower the skirt.
Finally, for the last look, I paired the tee shirt with a black, fitted leather jacket (Aeropostale) and some tribal patterned, high waisted shorts (Charlotte Russe). This outfit is fun and super simple, just like the other looks! Nice for a night out during the summer.
I hope you liked these outfits! You can recreate them with your own clothes and even mix them up a little! (The leather jacket would look great with any of the other looks!) Anyways, just remember... you don't have to go shopping to find new outfits. Just find new combinations from old clothes! Be creative!
