I love the water! It is so beautiful, especially in the morning and evening! For today's outfit, I am wearing a coral anchor shirt that I made. The denim shorts are from Target, and the white peace sign sandals are from American Eagle. For my accessories, I am wearing beaded bracelets made by me, earrings that my mom got from the Philippines, and floral sunglasses from Charming Charlie's. This ensemble is perfect for summer and a day by the water. The shirt is colorful and loose so you can still feel the ocean breeze. The shirt also brings out the coral flowers in the sunglasses!

I hope you enjoyed this summer inspired look. Remember that you can always recreate this outfit and any outfit I post using your own clothes. Don't forget to give it a twist of your own style too!

Have a fabulous day!

First of all, I apologize for not posting often. School takes up my whole life. But, I plan to post at least once a week now :)

Okay, lets get to the outfit!

For the top, I am wearing a flower print tank top that I made. The light blue/ mint shorts are from this store called Freaky Tiki. I ran across this store at the beach and now I am totally in love with everything they have. The sandals are from DSW Shoes, and the sunglasses are from Charlotte Russe. Lastly, the bracelets were all gifts, so I'm not sure where they are from, and the clutch/ crossover bag is actually from Rome. I got it as a present from my dad when he was traveling :)

So that's it! I hope you enjoyed this little post! I promise I will try my best to stay consistent with posts, so keep checking back for new outfits!

Like and comment if you want! Did you enjoy this outfit? Any ideas for future posts?

Easter Outfit Ideas!

easter outfit ideas

Easter is tomorrow! I am so excited, so I've put together some outfit ideas that can not only be used for this holiday, but also for any other spring day!

Here they are!!

easter pink dress

easter bracelets

easter bow earrings

First Outfit: For this outfit, I am wearing a pink and white striped dress that I made. I have paired it with a thick brown belt from Target, white bow earrings from Forever 21, and sandals from DSW. I made the necklace and the two beaded bracelets. The brown "name bracelet" is from Disney's Magic Kingdom. This outfit is very girly, and perfect for a day of celebration!

easter lace shorts

Second Outfit: Next, I am wearing lace shorts from Wet Seal, a blue and white shirt (which is actually a romper haha) from Target, a jean jacket from Old Navy, silver sandals from Target, and sparkly hair pins from Charming Charlie. I am wearing the same bracelets and earrings from the previous outfit. This outfit is a little more casual, but it still has dressy details. It would be perfect for going on an Easter egg hunt!

easter mint jeans

Third Outfit: For this outfit, I have on mint and gold jeggings from Abercrombie, a teal sweater from Forever 21, sandals from DSW, pearl dangly earrings that I made, and a teal and pink flower ring that I also made. The bracelets are the same. This outfit is definitely casual, but the details on the jeggings make it festive and pretty!

Fourth Outfit: I am wearing a blue flower collared shirt from Charlotte Russe, a silver and blue chain bib necklace from Forever 21, jeans from Abercrombie, and silver sandals from Target. I am wearing the bow earrings again, as well as the same bracelets. I would wear this outfit for hanging out with friends and family! It is also comfortable and casual yet pretty and delicate.

And that's it! I hope you enjoyed these outfits! And even if you don't celebrate Easter, you can definitely wear these outfits anyway and even take inspiration from them and incorporate your own twist! Have a fashionable day!

Mini Spring Shopping Spree

I love spring shopping! The clothes are light and pretty, and everything seems so delicate. Spring is the time to try new styles and discover a new you! It's time to shed your winter coats and trade them for some cute tank tops and shorts! Okay, so anyways, I've been trying to find some collared shirts for spring, but none of them seemed to fit me right. I finally found some (plus a couple other lovely items) when I went shopping today and here they are:

springshoppingshirts

These shirts are from Ross and I bought them for about $10 each. The polka dots are adorable and I absolutely love the colors. They both have lace details and would look great with jeans, skirts, or shorts! (Spring outfits post coming soon!!!!)

springshoppingshorts

Next, I bought these shorts from Target for about $20. They are super cute and they are actually not as short as they seem. It came with the belt, so that makes it even more awesome! Plus, you can take out the belt and use it with your jeans or over a pretty dress!

Okay so then, I saw these beauties at Ross. Oh my gosh. I could not put them down, I just loved them so much. There was no way I was going to leave the store without them. Seriously, right? They were $50, but the original price was $90. I think that's a pretty good deal! haha :) You can wear these with any type of bottom (skirts, shorts, jeans) and even a dress! Wear it your own way!

springshoppingmagazine

I also bought the April issue of Seventeen Magazine, ($3) so I can read about all the new fashions this month! It's a total necessity guys, can't live without it. Hahaha just kidding, but I really like fashion magazines.

springshoppingphonecase

Lastly, I got this retro cassette tape iPhone case for $2 at Michaels. It fits really well and it's made out of silicone. They also had a black one and a pink one, but I picked this one because it's my favorite color :)

Okay, that's it! So overall, I spent about $95. But, I think it was worth it because the shoes will probably last forever, the shorts can practically be worn with anything, and everything else is just so adorable. It's okay to buy something really expensive once in a while, just make sure that you will definitely wear it and that it will last.

Have a fabulous day!

One Shirt, Four Looks, and a Trampoline

I'm addicted to shopping. Unfortunately, I don't always have the money to buy all of those fabulous clothes, so I began to think of different ways to wear the clothes I already have. I started with the basic white tee shirt and came up with some really cute and simple combinations!

one shirt, four looks
For the first outfit, I am wearing my white tee shirt (Hollister), a pair of jeans (Abercrombie), and two long, dangly necklaces (Charming Charlie and American Eagle). I love this because it is so simple but it still looks put together. You can even switch out the normal jeans for some cute colored or patterned ones! For shoes, you can pretty much wear any kind.

For the second outfit, I am wearing the tee shirt with a pair of flowy shorts that I made. I also have on a brown, wide belt (Target) and a long necklace with a leopard charm on it that I made. This outfit is cute for a spring/ summer day! I suggest wearing sandals to complete the summery look, and maybe some pretty wedges!

For the third look, I am wearing the tee shirt with a lace high low skirt (Charlotte Russe) and a tribal looking bib necklace (Charming Charlie). This look would be perfect for those days when you don't have time to put together an outfit, and you're looking for something dressy. Wear some simple sandals with this outfit so you don't overpower the skirt.

Finally, for the last look, I paired the tee shirt with a black, fitted leather jacket (Aeropostale) and some tribal patterned, high waisted shorts (Charlotte Russe). This outfit is fun and super simple, just like the other looks! Nice for a night out during the summer.

I hope you liked these outfits! You can recreate them with your own clothes and even mix them up a little! (The leather jacket would look great with any of the other looks!) Anyways, just remember... you don't have to go shopping to find new outfits. Just find new combinations from old clothes! Be creative!

Cute Bow Tutorial and OOTD

I love making bows, so I thought it would be fun to make a tutorial! It is super easy and there is no sewing involved! All you need is some fabric, a pair of scissors, and a bobby pin. Here's what it looks like:

Cute Bow

Ok let's get started!!!

Cute Bow Steps 1-4

Step 1. Cut out a big rectangle that is about 11" by 12", a small rectangle that is about 2.5" by 7", and a small strip about 0.5" by 6".

Step 2. Fold the big rectangle (11" by 12") until it is the width you want your bow to be.

Step 3. Fold in the sides of the same rectangle in so that they overlap each other in the middle so that it is the length you want your bow to be.

Step 4. Pinch and fold the rectangle so that it creates the bow shape.

Cute Bow Steps 5-8

Step 5. Use the small strip (0.5" by 6") and tie it tightly around the middle of the bow so that the folds stay. I made a triple knot. Cut off the extra fabric strips off.

Step 6. Take the small rectangle (2.5" by 7") and fold the cut edges inward so you can't see them on the other side.

Step 7. Tie the small folded rectangle tightly around the middle of the bow. Cut off the extra fabric strips.

Step 8. Insert the bobby pin in the back of the bow by the knot.

And now you're finished!!

Here's a matching outfit to go with your new bow! It's perfect for a girls night out, a school day, a weekend, or even a date! Pretty much anywhere :)

Cute Bow OOTD

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and outfit! Have a fabulous day!!
